The YogaX 300-hour training programs consist of ten 30-hour modules

The 60-hour Mental Health Certificate program consists of two 30-hour modules

Modules can be taken as 30-hour free-standing YA continuing education credits

  • Yoga for Mental Health: Cultivating Emotional Resilience and Fortitude by Dr. Chris Brems

    Offered: 2-Day Weekend Classes, July 27-28, and August 24-25, 2024 7.5 hours per day

  • Neurophysiological Foundations of Yoga-Based Practices by Dr. Laura Schmalzl

    Offered: 2-Day Weekend Classes, Sep 14-15 and Oct 12-13; 2024; syllabus coming soon

  • Trauma-Informed Yoga: Conceptualization and Application by Dr. Lauren Justice

    Offered: 2-Day Weekend Classes; Nov 9-10 and 23-24, 2024

  • Breathing: Enhancing Healthcare & Self-Care Through Freeing the Breath

    1 hour M-F for 3 weeks; Three 5-hour Weekend Didactics, Jan - Feb 2025

  • Interior Practices of Yoga: Moving into Awareness, Compassion, and Insight

  • Consultation and Supervision of Yoga Service Providers in Healthcare

    Module for advanced trainees upon invitation; currently underway

  • Advanced Teaching Methods: Tailoring Yoga Instruction for Healthcare

    Offered as a 4-Day Retreat at Stanford; Event was rescheduled - new dates TBA

  • Adaptive Yoga: Theory and Practice of Making Yoga Accessible

    This in-person module will return to the Stanford campus in Spring 2025
