In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, YogaX Alumni Veronica, Cindy, and Jessica invite you to take a meaningful pause with us. We have curated a special 20-minute practice that you can enjoy from the comfort of your home or office. We know it can be hard to make time for yourself, but we hope this short session offers a moment to recharge and reconnect.
