Join us for a therapeutic 30 to 40-minute class designed to provide you with a tranquil respite in your day. It is a time to pause, ground, center yourself, and tap into the inner wisdom that guides us all in making nurturing choices that help us flourish.

Weekly classes are held every Wednesday around 12:45 PM PT.
